Our Team
Pine Street Marketing’s Dynamic Duo—a pair so in sync with one another they should probably take up pair skating or something—will turn your dreams, ideas, concepts, and business needs into beautiful, functional, user-oriented designs.
Andrew Sabourin: Graphic Designer & Illustrator
Genuine and thoughtful, Andrew's creativity is matched only by his kindness. With a perpetual smile and cheerful attitude, Andrew makes his primary role seem simple by just turning scribbly wireframes and a jumble of words into award winning designs and digital experiences.
But don’t let his talent fool you, his work is anything but simple; all great designers must strike a pitch-perfect balance between innovative and expected, between unique and usable, between on-brand and never-been-seen-before. And he does it. Every. Time.
And he’ll continue to do it because he is exceptionally well-versed in usability best practices and meticulous by nature. Much like Rachael, he refuses to settle for anything but the best. Andrew’s obsession with creating gorgeous digital interactions is supported by his humble nature. His ego-less creativity makes him an ideal partner for transforming business needs into delightful works of art that guide and support users in their journeys.
He’s also a very good website programmer, which allows him to make deeply informed choices about the implementation of his designs and keeps all our web projects 100% ADA compliant AND inclusive—without sacrificing on design.
When not working in the web world, Andrew is a children’s book illustrator and classic rock aficionado which basically makes him a super amazing, completely wholesome unicorn that everyone loves working with. Really. We frequently have partner organizations ask to bring him onto their projects.
He earned an associate’s degree in Visual Art from Holyoke Community College and a BFA in Illustration from the University of Hartford.
Rachael Frank: Creative Director
Rachael’s unwavering honesty sets the tone for all our client relationships creating a safe and open environment for genuine collaboration.
Her creative vision is fueled by her deep love of asking questions, a seemingly encyclopedic knowledge of pop culture, and a fearlessness in combining things no one else thought could work together.
She’ll encourage you to take risks and step outside your comfort zones, making sure that no one compromises on “good enough” when “great” is within our reach.
She’ll also ensure that all our creative output aligns with clear business goals in a sustainably manageable way so that once the project completes, you’re left with something your team understands, embraces, and feels empowered to apply and evolve on your own, as needed.
Outside the office, Rachael occasionally flips houses, frequently cooks foods, regularly rescues stray neighborhood animals, and still finds time to read and write about movies.
She graduated with honors from Marlboro College with a BA in Film Theory & Criticism—her focus on genre theory is a reflection of her keen ability to understand how (and why) humans make connections in order to organize and interpret their world.
